Rockin' R is hiring friendly, customer-focused River Hospitality Staff to assist guests with selecting tubes, entering and exiting the water, and ensuring a safe, fun river experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality and memorable experiences to guests
- Load, stack, and transport tubes and rafts
- Assist guests with safe entry into and exit from the water
- Monitor and maintain parking areas and cleanliness
- Address customer questions with patience and professionalism
Skills
- Friendly, eager, and professional attitude
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Follow safety protocols especially around water and equipment
- Complete all required training and certifications
