Who we are

Hill35 is operated by Fusemate LLC, based in New Braunfels, TX 78130. These terms are an agreement between you and Fusemate LLC. When we say Hill35, we, or us, we mean Fusemate LLC operating hill35.com.

The service

Hill35 is a local media platform for the I-35 Hill Country in Texas: a business directory, job listings, paid business memberships, and the Hill 35 newsletter. Browsing is free and never requires an account.

Accounts

You need an account to claim or add a business listing. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Directory listings

Unclaimed listings are compiled from public information. If a listing is about your business, you can claim it for free. If something is wrong on a listing you do not own, use the corrections form. We decide in good faith what stays in the directory and can edit or remove any listing.

When you claim or add a listing, you confirm you are authorized to represent that business, and you agree to these terms and to be subscribed to the Hill 35 newsletter (you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time afterward). Ownership is verified before a claim completes, for example by a code sent to the phone number already on the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you add, and you give us permission to display it on Hill35 and in Hill35 channels that point to it.

Verified membership

Verified is a paid membership at $249 per year. After payment, every membership benefit activates except the Verified badge. The badge appears only after the Hill35 team completes verification: an owner interview, reference checks, and a review of your operations. If verification cannot be completed, we refund the payment in full and the listing returns to its free tier. Memberships renew yearly until cancelled, and billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent a business or claim one you are not authorized to represent. Do not post anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. Do not scrape the site, probe its security, or interfere with how it runs. We can remove content and close accounts over any of this.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. Directory information can be wrong or out of date, and a listing (including a Verified badge) is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any business's work. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Fusemate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the service, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above moves when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes belong to the courts of Comal County, Texas.
