The office is still in the projection booth. Their daughter Jenny and her husband Steve now run the New Braunfels restaurant.
The kitchen serves Midwestern corn-fed USDA Prime beef, the top 2 percent of the nation's beef production, alongside shrimp Myron, crab cakes, French onion soup, and creme brulee.
