About the role
Schertz Animal Hospital is currently accepting applications for a full time on site Client Service Representative. We are looking for a detail oriented, self motivated, professional ready to work with our fast paced, progressive veterinary team.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Rotating Saturdays
Skills
Job Requirements are, but not limited to:
- Facilitating hospital communications, acting as a liaison between clients and medical staff
- Must be able to multitask
- Polite and Proficient in phone skills
- Managing medical records, reports and related correspondence
- Comfortable with handling animals
This fast paced office requires teamwork and good communication skills.
Experience
At least 1 year experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist is required.
